Taking the floor of the negative pressure isolation ward on the top floor of the emergency building of an infectious disease hospital in Wuhan as an example, the source of infiltration air in the negative pressure isolation ward and the influence of its air treatment state points on the temperature and humidity in the ward are discussed. The sources of infiltration air in the shared and the independent buffer rooms, and the source of the patient corridor supplemental air are studied. The effects of the shared buffer room and the patient corridor on the temperature and humidity of the ward are calculated and analysed when different outdoor air state points are used for air supply in summer and winter. Some suggestions are put forward for designing the outdoor air system in the negative pressure isolation wards.
